  • 1 medium English cucumber, julienned
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • ½ cup kewpie mayo (or regular mayo with rice vinegar)
  • 1 ½2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
  • Juice of 1 lime or lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Julienne the cucumber and carrot into thin strips. Shred the crab sticks into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayo, Sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
