- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 to 3 Tbsp water (plus more as needed to thin)
Instructions
- Prepare the spicy ranch dipping sauce by whisking Greek yogurt, adobo sauce, lemon juice, and spices together. Set aside.
- Dip cauliflower florets in whisked eggs, then coat in panko breadcrumbs mixed with spices.
- Air fry at 400°F for about 12 minutes total (6 minutes per side) until golden brown and crispy.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey and other sauce ingredients; bring to a boil and simmer until thickened.
