Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a food processor, finely chop celery, onion, carrots, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté the vegetable mixture in olive oil over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until softened; let cool.
- In a bowl, combine bread flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and remaining salt.
- In another bowl, whisk buttermilk and melted butter until smooth.
