Ingredients
- 1 big red bell pepper (seeds removed, chopped)
- 1–2 Bird’s eye chilies (chopped)
- 1 small yellow onion (chopped)
- 6 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp potato starch or corn starch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions

- Pour the mixture into a medium pan and add sugar, salt, and vinegar. Simmer over medium heat until dissolved.
