  • 12 oz wild Alaskan salmon (cut into four 3-inch portions)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • Optional: 1-2 tsp rice vinegar
  • For garnishing: toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha, minced garlic, and optional rice vinegar. Reserve half for later.
  3. Marinate the salmon in the remaining mixture for about 15 minutes.
  4. Arrange marinated salmon on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Bake for 14-16 minutes until the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 125°F.
  5. Drizzle reserved marinade over salmon before serving. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onions.
