- 1 lb yellow flesh potatoes (454 g)

- 1 tbsp chopped fresh sage
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (150 g)
- 1 large egg (beaten)
Instructions

- Boil chopped sweet and yellow potatoes until tender (15–20 minutes). Drain well.
