  • 3 tsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. While chicken cooks, whisk together soy sauce, water, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch in a mixing bowl.
  4. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the cooked chicken and stir continuously until thickened.
