- 440 g sugar
- 2–3 drops lemon juice
- 500 ml water
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 390 g all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp corn or wheat starch
- 500 ml vegetable or sunflower oil
Instructions
