Description

Indulge in the comforting warmth of a Turkey Melt with Cheddar, Spinach, and Bacon—a perfect sandwich for chilly days. This delightful dish features layers of creamy white cheddar, crispy bacon, and fresh spinach, all nestled between golden-brown slices of sourdough bread.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 2 slices white cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices deli turkey
  • 1 medium tomato (thinly sliced)
  • ½ cup fresh baby spinach
  • 4 strips cooked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the tomato and rinsing the spinach.
  2. Spread honey mustard on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  3. Layer two slices of cheese on two pieces of bread, followed by turkey, tomato, spinach, and bacon. Top with another slice of bread (mustard side down).
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat; spread softened butter on the outer sides of the sandwich.
  5. Cook until golden brown and crispy—about 3-5 minutes per side.
