  • 4 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups pitted and halved cherries
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp lime zest
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together agave syrup, lime juice, lime zest, and chopped mint until well combined.
  2. Cube the watermelon into 1-inch pieces. Slice strawberries into rounds and pit & halve the cherries.
  3. Place all prepared fruits in the mixing bowl and drizzle the lime mint dressing over them.
  4. Gently toss to coat everything evenly with the dressing and serve garnished with torn mint leaves.
