- Mix gently until well combined. Shape the mixture into four patties about 3/4 inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let the patties rest for a few minutes before serving on burger buns with desired toppings.
