Description

Juicy and flavorful, White Cheddar Spinach Chicken Burgers are a delicious, healthier alternative to traditional beef burgers. These mouthwatering patties combine tender ground chicken with rich white cheddar cheese and vibrant spinach, making them perfect for any occasion—be it a weeknight dinner or a weekend barbecue.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for cooking
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix gently until well combined. Shape the mixture into four patties about 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Let the patties rest for a few minutes before serving on burger buns with desired toppings.
