Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and half of the lemon zest; place them in the baking dish.
- Cook orzo in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
