- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups pizza sauce
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded zucchini with salt; let sit for 10 minutes.
- Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel or cheesecloth.
- Combine drained zucchini with eggs, Parmesan, and half the mozzarella; mix well.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and press zucchini mixture into the bottom to form the crust.
- Bake for 20 minutes until set and lightly browned.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with chopped onion; drain fat.
- Stir in pizza sauce, bell pepper, mushrooms, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Spread the beef mixture over the baked crust and top with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for another 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
