  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Chop carrots, celery, and any other desired vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Layer the chicken at the bottom of the crockpot and top with chopped vegetables and cream of chicken soup.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, cut biscuit dough into quarters and toss in flour.
  6. Place biscuit pieces on top of the mixture in the slow cooker and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
