  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup white or brown rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for sautéing)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a small bowl, mix sriracha and honey; marinate the salmon in this mixture for 10-15 minutes.
